A horse experience for everyone
At Spirit Riding, we strive to empower students to tackle challenges and take on new experiences. We offer lessons for everyone ages 3 years and up. We work with beginners through intermediate riders.We also offer riding services/sessions for children and adults with ADD/ADHD, ODD, Autism, anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma and more.
About Spirit Riding
Located on private property, our Horseback Riding prides itself on a variety of courses, geared towards every age, background and previous education. We offer both Western and English disciplines. Take a look at the programs offered at Spirit Riding, and schedule your introduction lesson today!
Introduction Lesson $35
At Spirit Riding we offer an intro lesson to get to know the student and their needs and/or experience level. Introduction lessons last approximately 45 minutes.
Semi-Private Lessons $40 or Bundle (4 lessons) $140
Spirit Riding semi-private lessons are 1 hour in length and may have 2-4Â students per lesson. Lessons may include catching horses, grooming, tacking, ground work, riding, untacking, horse turnout, and general horse care.
Private Lessons $55 or Bundle (4 lessons) $200
Spirit Riding private lessons are 1 hour in length and students work one on one with the instructor. Lessons may include catching horses, grooming, tacking, ground work, riding, untacking, horse turnout, and general horse care.
Therapeutic Horse Time $35 or (4 sessions) Bundle $120
Spirit Riding offers therapeutic horse time for all ages. We are not licensed therapist, but we do have experience with an array of mental health needs (including trauma based) and integrating horses with clients for positive and therapeutic interactions. Please contact us so we can customize you or your child's sessions and pricing.
Horse Camps $275
We offer a few different camp options throughout the year. Check our Facebook for upcoming camp dates. Camps can include horse and pony painting, horseshoe crafts, other horse related crafts, games on horseback, trail rides and more.
Foster Families
Foster families hold a special place in our hearts. We have also known what a wonderful impact horses can have on our mental, physical and emotional needs. We truly appreciate the families in our community who go the extra mile and open their hearts and homes to children in need. Spirit Riding offers special rates for foster families. Spirit Riding Spotlight
We are excited to introduce our new lesson instructor, Susan Curtis! She comes to us from Northwest Arkansas. Susan has been riding since the age of 8, training and competing primarily in hunter/jumper divisions. Susan has trained under some of the finest coaches and highest ranked clinicians in the United States. Susan excels at supporting students in growing their confidence and strength, as well as developing their ability to communicate with their horse.
